isnt a bad starting had i won alot of hads with it only been beat a few times it seems to be a pretty good starting hand for me i win more times with that thanAA sad but true

I hope you are only playing this hand in late position without having to call a raise.  89 is weak and should only be played in certain circumstances.  As for losing with AA, you may want to look at how you are playing the hand.  Slowplaying and minraising generally invite trouble.

i really like using this hand suited in late position and with only about ten times the blinds and afew players calling or a raise with a few callers then i move all in to steel
