My least favourite starting hand is any low pair. They are easy to limp in with but a raise put's me in a dilemma whether to call or not .When i dont call a raise its quaranteed that i would've flopped a set and when i do call i just get out betted :x  :x  :x  :x

JJ looks good but I lose all the time with it.  I always play it as a small PP. One over card and man I want to run for the hills.

Mine is easily JJ but J10 follows right after. I also do not like K10 but for some reason do like Q10. I guess I tend to hit flops more with Q10

i hate JJ and 10 10.  They never seem to hold up ever.  Whenever i get these cards i push allin preflop with themk no matter what.  That way i can isolate a player and be a favorite in the hand. Mifght not be a great strategy but hey, it works alot for me.  If I go broke with them then oh well.

My least favorite would be pocket 8's. Low pockets I seem to do well on, but playing 8's I've always had an opponent get a very improbable hand.

My least favorite starting hand by far is Jx (the x being a card lower than 7). The hand's practically worthless because someone always calls with higher paint, there's almost always a someone calling with J10 JQ KJ AJ, even if it's suited and you hit the flush it's tough to bet against a call station, and you have no straight possibilities. It's just as bad as 72os but more deceptive because of the jack.

This has gone from my "favorite hand" to my "favorite hand to lose with" the ol' 'marriage' won me a couple of large pots, beating hands that it shouldn't have, at separate cash games, and therefore became known to my poker pals as my hand. I started playing it like AA and giving it way to much support. I have the hardest time folding it even when I know I'm beat , and will call all in pre-flop just due to the permanent just to see J 10 or AK or hell even 9 4 has taken me out with KQ. even without the randomness, AK AQor any pair has this one smashed to the wall too.

Worst Hand Ever

Postby Mathesembed » Sat Mar 18, 2006 5:44 pm

My least favourite starting hand has to be AKos. Whenever i get this hand I always think im unbeatable, it's like the horse blinders go up and you can't see the danger on the board when u play this hand. I've lost too much money and too many games gambling everything I had on this hand when i was clearly beat. For that reason AKos is my worst starting hand.

Middle pairs... 6,s to 10,s !!! With 2 callers you will generally lose because they will have at least 3 overcards to beat ya. And they can bluff you if the overcards hit the board anyway !!!

I would have to say my worst starting hand is 2 3. If they were suited i would not even think about playing them.
