You have to rAise them at 5 times the blind. Hopefully get all but one out. If ace, king, or queen come out just lay them down to any rasise.

yes, unfortunately, they lose quite a bit, but youre saying to "lay them down to a raise", no way, if your raisin with them, the other people dont know that, play them like aces!

I agree with the two earlier posts. Play them like aces...5X BB raise. If an A, K, or Q comes on the flop...you may have to lay them down. Although sometimes one more bet will get a smaller pair to lay down.

JJ has been berry goood to me....

i have been nailed sooooooooooo many times with jj. i recommend to play them cautiously. i have been beaten all sorts of ways with them. but then again it was party poker, bad beat capital

JJ

Well with JJ if I'm in a ring game I limp in with them most time that way there easy to fold!  If I'm in a trny if it's before first break either limp in or dont play them after first break depends on players I'm against and table image!!  I just tightend my play up so my guidelines are sky high right now lol

Probably the best time to use JJ would be late in trny and play them solid but know when to fold/if small chip stack all in may'be win or take blinds
