tables where you lose every hand

Postby klas793 » Fri Jun 16, 2006 1:00 am

maybe it's just me but have you ever encountered tables where you lose every hand? you can sit there for half an hour and not win anything. Even if you call 50-50 chances ten times in a row you would end up losing these.

I usually just leave these tables....

I've heard of poker site hosted bots, players that message each other on im, see each others screens, etc.

I have felt that way a lot on Pacific Poker....Some times I get on a winning streak and the next day I go back and can't win a hand to save my life....Maybe it is just a fluke but it seems like something is up...I have read about these poker bots.....Do a lot of people use them?

Yup this happens all the time to me. Your aces get cracked and your big slicks never hit and when they do someone else gets the straight. I get so frustrated when this happens for a day or two in a row that I just withdraw all my money from that site and play elsewhere. The trend is your friend as we say in the investment business.

I've been playing some Omaha lately; not exactly sure how common 4 of a kind is, but Poker.com gave those left and right in the tournament I played yesterday. Can't say how many AAAA I ended up seeing.

If I find table like that, I run away from it, and never come back. Sometimes its hard to leave with lost money, that losing run makes me want to stay there and get back to even, but usually that means just more losing. So the best solution is run away.

yes, agree with the leave or

run away theory.

however like it when the opposite happens....

and can`t loose a hand.

best,
