Well Games Grid screwed up a Forum Challenge. Still havent forgiven them for that.  Poker Host has terrible software.

They may have less than spectacular software but they run some good games FR nd buy-in. And they are good about dropping all the sitouts that can screw up a table. They also have a pretty good response from the customer service team.

PokerHost and its affiliates CardRoom and Sinful Poker are right at the bottom of my list.  Any money you win before you deposit (in freerolls, whether their own or forum freerolls) has to be cleared by playing raked hands before its yours to withdraw. And any money you win in the process of playing those raked hands also needs to be cleared by playing raked hands.  This continues right up until the day you deposit.  Any winnings after the day of deposit don't have to be cleared.

Example.  you win $10 on a freeroll, you have to play 50 raked hands to clear it..in doing so, you run it up to $60.  Now you deposit, but you can only take out the $10, cuz the other $50 you now have to clear, at 5 raked hands per dollar which is 250 raked hands. Now, as you play those 250 raked hands, you will always have to leave $50 in your account until you hit the 250 raked hands.

Most sites do not do this, and those that do require you to clear freeroll winnings earned before deposit (Dream poker for example), don't require you to clear money you won off your freeroll winnings.

Don;t care for the graphics, too busy for my taste. I do however love the daily headsup tourney, again same problem as europoker, will never see the $ but it;'s about the game

The thing I don't like about PokerHost is the quality of play that goes on there.
You'd think I was just talking about the cash players.. but even when my other league plays there, everyone turns that way... that normally isn't that way.   It's quite odd, but no matter how much money I'm in for, it always feels like a cheap freerolls.

I have never deposited at the site but did have an account.  When I have tried to roll in private FR on the site I get dropped before it starts.  It seems I can't register until I deposit money on the stie.
