Patience is indeed the key, especially in the early rounds. Just get by the All INNERS and things will smoothen out !! Don,t tilt, or panic if you get short stacked. Wait for a spot to double up !!

This mainly is concerning the Prima Sites these games you have to play tight in the beginning alot of all-in freaks to double up quick.  Patience is a key in the beginning then you can open up your game

Playing Tight

Playing Tight is okay but when u have all in players in freerolls sometimes u have to take your chances and may the poker gods be with you.

I used to play tight but I have been cashing a lot more since loosening up my game.  Mostly just at the beginning to take out the all in or nothing players...but if it's nice out like today....I can be an all in or nothing player too.

Patience is a virtue. Dont go all in prefolp with in the first hour or so. Slowly accumulate some chips for survival in the later parts of the game.Take your time

i agree, you need to play tight and take your time, because the amount of players playing everyflop with any 2 cards is unreal these days, you would think every player on the internet is about 10 years old!

freerolls are a crap shoot! You don't pay anything to enter them, so anything goes. The loose players can get lucky and build up a large stack early. I see that all the time, five minutes into the game and someone already has $12k in chips. But keeping it is the hard part. The last time I did really good in a freeroll (came in 5th) I didn't play a hand until almost a hour into the game, then I tripled up!!! patience will prevail. Sometimes the loose players win, but so it goes with poker.  8)

The annoying thing about freerolls like at AP is that it takes about 5 hours to get money in return. You can end up with only one buck or 10. The most irritating thing I know when you get a good stack and goes all in preflop and looses against a fish. But that is poker and everything can happen in these freerolls.
