omaha stategy

if you got a flush and the table got a pair your chance of winning are very low cause somebody will have a fullhouse :D

Yes, for the most part. I always proceed with caution when the board pairs in Omaha.

If you are playing a pot limit game, you have to be careful that you don't feed the pot for someone sitting on a boat.  I will bet the minimum with the nut flush and will fold to a pot bet.  Remember, Omaha is a game of the nuts, so you have to lay down hands that you'd normally push all in with in hold'em.

Definately have to be careful though a flush is a high hand even in omaha but if you have a full boat you still need to be careful due to the fact that their may be a higher boat. Omaha is a very different game than holdem and take more skill i think if youve been playing hold em for a while than if you havent played holdem at all

When playing Hi-Lo I tend to play AAxx, A2xx, Axsuited, A3xx and if I have four cards 10 or better.
