Do you think some sites rig hands.

Postby Ined1969 » Fri Dec 02, 2005 8:24 pm

I think sites that offer free money just for joining their site will see to it that you dont win any more and actually make you lose by dealing you poor hands and by giving other players the cards they need on the river and so on. What do you think?

No, I'm sorry I don't agree with that.  I have received money from many sites and built it up to the point that I had enough money to leave on the site and withdraw some back out.

I think sometimes the Radom Deal Generators could be a little off but I'm sure that they don't rig cards because if they did people wouldn't be playing there no matter what they offer.

Although the dealing is random the odds arent always correct.  If your in a hand with someone who is a long shot, as in he needs one card to win, his odds are double what they should be.  An example would be kings vs. aces.  Whoever has the king has double the ods of catching a king than what he should have.  This is not done purposely but it is just fault of every random hand generator.

I've have been playing a real long time on their money. Between freerolls and offers from poker sites I have not been doing to bad. You play just like you would at a brick & mortar excellent practice.

good luck

u cant be serious can u?  u really think they have to rid the site to get back the $10?  they are going to make that back and more from u without having to rig the site.  what is the point of rigging the site?  it does more harm then good in the long run.

I dont think they are rigged however i severely doubt that all sites have true random number generators.  I feel this way because on certain sites there are abnormally high amounts of big hands... the site wouldnt benefit from rigging it unless they had there own people playing on the site.  I have made money in quite a few freerolls so I cant complain.

Rigging the site to make you lose the free cash doesn't make sense.  Most of it will go to the other players, not the site.  Take the free $10 and run it up to the 100's and they will make far more than the original $10 in rake.  The sites best interest would be to rig it to make every players money last untill it all went into the rake.

A lot of people claim the random number generators are off.  But nobody has any real proof.  At least I've never seen any published.  Since you remember the bad beats you get better than the one you give, memory is just not reliable enough.

Winning money

Postby Whoubson » Sun Dec 18, 2005 8:03 pm

I don't think it is rigged. I have won money on different sites. And have been able to use it on real games.

Rigged cards.  yeah they are all predetermined and when three peolple go in and all get beat out by one another by one card its a little fishy.

I will never believe that any site is rigged, too much money to lose if they get caught.
