It depends on many situations including but not limited to when it is in the tourney, how much of your stack you have to bet, and how much risk you're willing to take.  If there's only one opponent, you will either be a slight favorite (vs. two overcards), or a major underdog (vs a higher pair).  The only hands you're solidly favored to beat are 22 and a one overcard plus a 2 or 3.  Against more than one opponent, your probability of winning is basically always less than 50%, sometimes far less.

Fold if they push you all in, and NEVER raise too much with low pockets minus a flop, just stay within bets of 100 or so pre-flop, and do the damage on the flop when you catch your set ;)

most of the times if some1 goes all in i would probably fold the 33 low pair a lot of cards that can beat it. But also depends how much u have...what the allin bet is... and honestly sometimes i'll even call if i see a patern of high cards come out i'll say o they're do and just call if i have sufficient chips. Hey u might get lucky and flop trips or even 4 of a kind. PLus i do seem to pair my horrible poket paits a lot so.

I would never call someones all in with pp3 preflop.  I won't call an allin preflop with any small pp cuz more than likely the person went all in with Ax and since it's me calling they will hit their ace.

always call the blinds with pocket pair in hopes of catching, but if there is a raise i normally would fold

with low pocket pairs pretty much the only thing ur hoping to hit is trips.. and theres only 2 cards in the deck that would do that.

so i think its just best to fold them... unless your sure you can see a cheap flop
