How to play a specific hand. Remember to mention if the question concerns Hold'em/Ohama/Stud, Limit/No-Limit, Ring game/Tourney.

you have 10 10 late...do you go all in or do you raise hope no callers? If you get called an ace flops can you fold?

What's the entire situation?  Tournament?  If so, how far in?  Relative stack sizes?  The tendencies of the players still to act?  etc.

Ring game?  If so, what's the exact situation?

My point is that there are different actions I'd choose under different circumstances.

Late in a tourney I'm guns blazing with 10 10.  Either a typical 3x BB raise or sometimes cranking it up to 6x is good...not sure if All in works unless you're short stacked and the steal is worth it.

Cheers,

I would'nt go all in unless I was short stacked. I would think 3x or 4x blind unless your the short stack then maybe all-in but late in the game you should have a genreal idea of how many would call the bet. I wouldnt want more then one caller.
