I dont know how much i lose with this hand maybe 5 out 1.  and its always an AK that beats me the always hit it on the river. but what ever i keep on truckin. lol

Well, 77 is only a strong hand when it trips up on the flop or you find yourself in a heads up situation against an unpaired opponent.  Do not play this hand with strength, or you'll find yourself losing more money than you make.

Pairs ruin a lot of people. You have to understand pocket Js and under if you don't hit it on a flop and there is a Q K or A then you are probably going to lose. You can call a small raise with it but shouldn't raise with it. Of course if you hit its nice but if you don't your probably losing chips.

I have to agree, 7s may be my least favourite pocket pair.  No matter what hand im up against i always manage to lose, except for that one time i got quads
