i like bowling.  i started bowling in league a few years ago.  i started out bowling so i could hang with my dad at least once a week.  (we bowl on the same team).  but after awhile, i got better and started enjoying it a lot more.  you never know untill you give it a try.

Just remember your going to be a 250 plus bowler on your home lanes just to have a chance. These guys are really really good.

bowling is a dieing sport.  I'm trying to think of a midwest business in the winter time to entertain people other than this dieing sport.

BOWL

Postby Ecastiou » Fri May 12, 2006 10:05 am

Bowling is a dieing sport.   It is fairly cheap but ask anyone in the smaller communities that own an alley.  It is decreasing in popularity.  Play Golf it's a growing sport.  Outside no second hand cigarette smoke :)

I used to go play bowling with my mates when I was 15-18, I was so bad! I either got it down the gutter or had a great shot (very much mostly gutter).

I held a 200 average for 3 years, then one night I slipped on a wet spot on the approach and rammed my hand into the ball return(OLD bowling alley! LOL) and broke 2 fingers.I have onlt bowled twice since then and barely broke 100.LOL OH WELL CHIT happens.
