Postby Thicautmout1970 » Mon Mar 21, 2005 2:24 am

as much as i hate the beats....and many of the players for that matter  i gotta go with noble because there are so many great tournaments and freerolls there. There's always something going on.

Pokerstars 4 now

Good Graphic but bad cards. I swear they have a "Slider" hooked up to enhance the hand being dealth. Never seen so many high hand in such a short time. 5 Royal FLushes in a weeks time, one of them beat my Straight Flush, which I've had 2 in 3 weeks.

Seeing 8 & Q become a straight on the 3 card flop. I can go on and on, but it seem they got the hands set to what you watch on TV, and skill is not going to be a big factor if any hand can win.

Prima Poker is OUT

Postby Juseenoth82 » Wed Apr 13, 2005 1:16 am

Prima Poker sites are OFF my favorite list for now. They have cut WAY back on the number of freerolls this month.

New fav. is World poker exchange. The only have one freeroll daily, but once you have some money on their site they have some GREAT 0 + $1 "freerolls" each night at 8:00. Single table winner takes all $50. With only 10 players anyone can win 1 in 50 games.

The trouble is I can only manage to get a seat about every other night.

I really like Noble. The only problem is that tournaments get a little lame and boring when people are trying to squeeze into the final table.

I enjoy playing at Absolute and Tropics. Tropics Poker is a site that not too many people know about. They offer two free roll satellite tournaments each day at 3 PM CT and 9 PM CT. If you finish in the top two (the 3 PM tourney has around 60-80 people; 9 PM tourney has about 120-140 people) you earn a seat for the following night's $ tourney at 8 PM CT: Monday-Friday the tourney prize pool is $200 (usually $100 for 1st, $60 for 2nd, and $40 for 3rd; usually only around 30 people in the tourney), and Sunday's tourney has a $400 Prize Pool ($200 for 1st, $120 for 2nd, $80 for 3rd; usually 30 to 40 people in the tourney).

I used to like Aloha Poker, but I haven't played much lately.
Then when I went back to Aloha a couple days ago, it changed into PokerRoom skin! :(
I miss old Aloha site...

World Poker is WAY off my list now.  They have messed up a real good thing.  They have offered a seat at the London Open, but it is so messed up they can't even Bribe people to play.

New Favorite is Absolute  They have frequent freerolls that are winable (much less frequently)  A variety of games (Stud, Omaha, H/L, as well as Hold'em.)
