I would always take AA over AK, and if you are playin in any of NLR games you can understand why! AK is just a draw, and you still need a hit on the flop, it can be great sometimes if yo uare suited, but AA its a premium hand, and I most cases I dont need help on the flop, to win the pot!

AA gets cracked more often than not because people cant seem to get off that hand no matter what the board shows.  Players think its a guaranteed win just because they were dealt that hand.  The best thing you can do is adjust your play once you have seen the flop.  AA is just like an...

I like Jungle Poker, I signed up there when they were in their testing stage and by placing in their freerolls I got a start of $25 in my account when they launched. I still play their freerolls on occassion, I play em like any other freeroll....just wait til the crazies are done doing their thing! ...

You do make a good point about only being able to play in one every two hours.  However, I do think they remain a good option for people just starting out.  Whether they're "worth the time" or not is up to the individual.  I'm sure you say this because you've discovered the "private f...

Absolute is just too slow. They give players way too much time to react. Sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes to get around the table, makes me lose my patience and do stupid things, lol.

If you pay close attention to when during the game the pros play suited connectors, it's usually short handed (6 or less) or in late postition (on the button or 2nd last position. They usually don't play anything below J10s out of position shorthanded, and nothing lower than AKs in early position at...

Agree completely with DMode.  Can't slow play in heads up play.  Why give the other player free turns at getting his cards and beating you.  If you're lucky enough to flop a nut straight or a full house, that's okay.  Otherwise, no slow play.

I'm of the opinion you should play aggressive early on in SnG's. To many times I have seen people start conservatively and be forced into a bad decision by the quickness of the blinds. So I tend to isolate strong hands especially in SnG's with a Buyin of less than $10 as the players are often reason...

Great site if you are new to online poker.  I think Its alot better since they changed the rules on how often you can play.  I feel that there was alot of silly play when you could play as many freerolls as you wanted.  People didnt play properly, as when they went out it didnt matter...

I used to love Titan, now I can't even log in.  Have tried doing all sorts of things to correct the problem but nothing works.  I've still got $80+ tied up there, but as soon as I can get it out, I will.  Oh well. BTW, the problem I'm having is that the program gets stuck in "Logging ...

wow
really?
I like their software features, but i did have a little problem with their cashier.
I had deposited there.
They issued me a $25 coupon without asking me.
And then just took it away since I hadn't reached the raked hands.
