PokerHost and its affiliates CardRoom and Sinful Poker are right at the bottom of my list. Any money you win before you deposit (in freerolls, whether their own or forum freerolls) has to be cleared by playing raked hands before its yours to withdraw. And any money you win in the process of playing those raked hands also needs to be cleared by playing raked hands. This continues right up until the day you deposit. Any winnings after the day of deposit don't have to be cleared.
Example. you win $10 on a freeroll, you have to play 50 raked hands to clear it..in doing so, you run it up to $60. Now you deposit, but you can only take out the $10, cuz the other $50 you now have to clear, at 5 raked hands per dollar which is 250 raked hands. Now, as you play those 250 raked hands, you will always have to leave $50 in your account until you hit the 250 raked hands.
Most sites do not do this, and those that do require you to clear freeroll winnings earned before deposit (Dream poker for example), don't require you to clear money you won off your freeroll winnings.
