I agree. Someone brought up the suspicion of these robots to me that play in the freerolls and possibly other tourneys. At first, I was like that would be cheap, why would they do that, and my explanation was "I've never played against a robot". Well, my suspicion grew when with this flop: A 2 6 rainbow... this guy called my all in raise (I had pocket aces) with 9 2. He catches runner runner deuces to win. I've asked living, breathing human beings if they would play that hand, and they said not in their wildest dreams, not unless they knew those deuces were coming. Today, I also encountered another runner runner catch. I also e-mailed Absolute about this, and they weren't too polite in their response. They basically told me "there's nothing we can do". I like Absolute's freerolls and their setup is cool, but this recent idea has given me more caution. Who knows, it could've been a bad beat and a lucky catch. But, with the lowest possible pair on the board, who would do that?
