If you let someone stay in the hand by betting low they will.  Actually a bad player will stay in even if the odds are against them because they are only thinking "If i hit this card i'll win the entire pot".  Make sure you make fish pay for their mistakes.

You gotta play every hand until the end.  You might happen to catch something to make your hand.

I hate when your in a toruney and down to 50 or less people, You have pocket AA's and go all in. A player will call on 5,9 and hit a straight on the river knock me out.

It's all about the players at the table.  You will find inexperienced players at freerolls everywhere.  They usually don't last long on the $1/$2 ring tables.

Ya, just lately I agree with what u are saying, it doesnt matter how much you bet, it seems like no matter what people call with crap hands and draw out on you.

With the mushrooming growth of internt poker, there are more and more newbies playing on the net. The newbies have no clue to the stategy needed to win. They just bet to the end because no one ever told them they shouldn't. They usually don't last too long in a tournament. If you can hold out for a while and wait until the newbies have blown all there chips (usually 30min), you can then begin to play the game with gusto. I don't know how many times I have been in a Omaha Hi/Lo tournament and someone chats "How do you play this game?" I have to laugh, but many of the people out there don't know how to play and have no intention of reading any books to improve their game. So you just have to factor the newbies into the game strategy. Good luck newbies, (you'll need more than luck to win).
